Septuagesima -- The Gift of Wisdom

The great seventy days before Easter have been upon us for about a week now and it's finally time to bring into our attention the Gift of Wisdom.

 

We explore some implications of the famous parable of the ten virgins - five wise and five foolish from Matthew 40 especially as it relates to the Wisdom Tradition and Bridegroom Christianity.  Whereas the description of Wisdom from the Book of the Wisdom of Solomon allows us to draw parallels with other traditions including Qabalistic Judaism, the Hellenic Mysteries and schools of the Tao.  Clearly, Wisdom has a lot do with the Path of the Promise, and a lot to do with agape. So what then is The Gift of Wisdom and how do we seek it?
