Fifth Sunday in Lent - Passion Sunday - Humility

We come to the last Sunday in Lent and the Passiontide is upon us. 

 

Hopefully you have used the Lenten season to put down some burden that's been harming you while you carried it.  If not, no matter: the Path is long so you'll have other opportunities. 

 

The world's challenges and difficulties continue to bring us all anguish to varying degrees as every day we newly discover more long standing nefarious plots to bring evil onto people by the liars we know and the ones whose names we do not know, yet. 

 

And it can get a bit much at times. 

 

So it's just as well that we have an example of self-emptying to return to so that we once again have the space to fill up on the goodness of life.
